Analee Aponte, Ph.D.

Hello, I’m Dr. Analee Aponte, a bilingual (English and Spanish) Provisional Psychologist with Sugar Land Psychological Associates. I specialize in treating children and adolescents, with an additional focus on treating adults and providing psychological assessments. My practice encompasses various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and couples psychotherapy.

I’m deeply committed to helping individuals with insomnia, trauma, depression, substance use, OCD, and anxiety. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve been involved in several research studies examining mental health stigma, violence, and suicide within the Puerto Rican community.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I’m married to a fellow psychologist, and we have a beloved pet named Mylo.
