Accepted Payments
Payment can be made via credit, debit, flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) cards.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A $125 fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice. Cancellations must be made over the phone. Email and text messages are not private and can be delayed. To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, cancellations are only accepted via phone.

Our Fees
We offer a competitive private pay fee structure that tends to rival most other providers around, especially if we may not be in network with your insurance carrier, of if you would prefer to pay out of pocket rather than use your insurance benefits.
